Comprehensive one on one coaching that covers all of the bases. No stone will be left unturned. We will start by taking a deep dive into all relevant information regarding all aspects of training and nutrition to create a baseline plan. From there, we will have our weekly check in where I will evaluate various metrics to give me an idea of where you are at in the process, you will provide detailed feedback on how the training week went, various aspects of your diet, as well as other benchmarks such as sleep, energy, appetite, etc. We will cover all components of the training and nutrition process at each check in, and I will make any necessary adjustments to keep progress moving in the right direction.
\You will have access to contact me at any time throughout the week with any questions or concerns. This is a team effort, we are working through this process TOGETHER, so I want to promote a high level of communication on both ends so we can accomplish the task at hand. I strive to build quality relationships with all of my clients, as this is a lifelong journey and I want to be a reliable source for you and your family.
