Comprehensive one on one custom programming to help you reach all of your training goals. This can range from strongman to powerlifting, to performance athletes or home gym owners simply looking to get stronger and in better physical condition. Anywhere and in-between, I can help with the task at hand. I can also assist with speed, agility and plyo programming as well.
We will start by collecting a thorough list of information to specify exactly what you are looking to achieve. We will dive into your training experiences thus far, injury history, what equipment you have access to, strengths and weaknesses, as well as training frequency. You will receive your workouts at the beginning of each week, as this allows me to make any necessary changes based off of your weekly check in and the feedback I receive on how the training week went, recovery, stress, etc.
You will have access to contact me at any time throughout the week with any questions or concerns. This is a team effort, we are working through this process TOGETHER, so I want to promote a high level of communication on both ends so we can accomplish the task at hand. I strive to build quality relationships with all of my clients, as this is a lifelong journey and I want to be a reliable source for you and your family.
